i have been diagnosed with disc degeneration ive been to muskulo skeletal clinic previously, but now pain is getting extremely intense, to the point where i feel so down that i would rather be paralysed, i know this is extremely selfish but this is how i feel, i just wish i could have surgery,

I like what you're doing here...great info and love that we can comment and communicate with an expert!
Now, if only you would do an article on Hypochondriasis and people who stay up late researching scary things? :(
Really though, when I was adjusted regularly I felt so great and healthy that now I realize there was a lot less to question when you're so proactive with *real* wellness!
Thanks again for doing these!

Thanks for your comments Matt

I'll read the article.

Yes, I agree that many muscle strain injuries and leg cramps can be controlled by proper mineral intake chief among them are sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

A note: Calcium and Magnesium should always be taken at the same time to keep the proper ratio.

While doing some research on this topic I came across a very interesting article "Calf Injuries and Magnesium Deficiency." I would suggest reading it, as it offers some very interesting information on the correlation of poor health and magnesium deficiency. There's another really important article about magnesium as an alternatives to Lipitor called " Magnesium and Walking Will Always be Superior to Lipitor. Check them out if you have a chance.
